Aircide Agri is a sealant that should not be used as such for hot gas vaporization.

 

Intended use as the working solution below:

  • For food production

  • for disinfecting surfaces and equipment related to transportation and storage

 

Areas of use include:

  • Potato and vegetable boxes and storage

  • Livestock production facilities

  • Fur production; facilities and containers

  • Horse farms

  • Disinfection tanks

 

Usage : The user dilutes the product into a working solution before use.

Ingredients in the semi-finished product :

  • T2e Resin

  • Ethanol

 

Package size: 160 kg drum is sufficient for approximately 10 times the amount of working solution

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

AirCide Agri for fogging application

​

1. Prepare the working solution:
  - 10–15% Aircide Agri
  - 10–15% Glycol (not included in Aircide Agri or in delivery)
  - 70–80% water
  Mix thoroughly to ensure a uniform solution. Adjust ratios based on target conditions.

2. Pour the solution into an approved fogging device.

​

3. Fog all surfaces to be treated (e.g., vegetable boxes, storage rooms) thoroughly. Keep the area closed during treatment. Surfaces must be cleaned prior to disinfection.

4. Allow the area to ventilate adequately before reuse — minimum 6 hours.

Safety

  • Wear appropriate respiratory protection, protective gloves and safety glasses during mixing and steaming.

 

  • The sealant contains ethanol, which is highly flammable. Prepare the working solution in a well-ventilated area.

 

  • Do not use on or directly on food and ensure that residues in food are sufficiently low.

T2e Finland Oy supplies Aircide Agri as a semi-finished product. The user is responsible for the suitability of other substances to be mixed into the mixture, as well as for occupational safety.

  • Steaming is done safely and with suitable equipment.

 

T2e Finland Oy is not liable for any damage resulting from the mixing, dilution or use performed. The user acts independently as a handler of the substances and is responsible for the effects of the chemicals and any residues.

Disinfection quick guide

1. General

  • Use only approved substances and follow the manufacturer’s dosage instructions.

  • Wear gloves, goggles, and a respirator if needed.

  • Ensure good ventilation.​

2. Pressure sprayer/backpack sprayer

​

  • Preparing the solution: Mix the recommended amount of concentrate with water.

  • Application: Hard surfaces light wetting is sufficient. Porous surfaces (e.g., concrete, wood)

→ apply more liquid to ensure full coverage.

  • Contact time: Follow product instructions.

  • Drying: Allow surfaces to dry before reuse.

3. Fogging systems (e.g., poultry or pig facilities)

​

  • For large-scale disinfection of animal facilities.

  • Clean the equipment before use.

  • Prepare the solution as instructed and fog evenly throughout the area.

  • No animals should be present during treatment.

4. Transport vehicles (feed, livestock, slaughter trucks)

​

  • Pressure sprayer/backpack sprayer → for small areas.

  • Pressure washer → for large surfaces and vehicles.

  • Treat all contact points (floors, walls, doors, handles).

  • Allow to dry before reuse.

5. Important

​

  • Record the date, location, product, and dosage.

  • Incorrect dosage can make disinfection ineffective, expensive, or even harmful.

→ Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions!
